The EPG Water Tank and Pump House project has been designed by the USACE - Baltimore District to provide over 1,500,000 gallons of reserve fire service water capacity to the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) facilities located at Fort Belvoir, Virginia.

CCG was contracted by AKHI to provide electrical and mechanical commissioning services to verify system performance and operation under normal and emergency conditions.  The anticipated completion of the commissioning phase of the project and beneficial use of the Water Tank and Pump House systems are  scheduled for the Summer 2014. This project represents one of the last actions under the local Base Realignment and Closure (BRAC) program.
