Morrison Hershfield and CCG Facilities Integration Merge Operations

We are excited to announce that effective January 1, 2019, Morrison Hershfield Corporation and CCG Facilities Integration Incorporated have merged our Mission Critical operations.

Both firms are industry leaders delivering engineering, commissioning and other professional services for mission critical environments.  The merger combines well-known subject matter experts into one of North America’s most robust teams of design and commissioning professionals. Now unified, Morrison Hershfield and CCG have a strong North American footprint and a diverse team with added capabilities.

We pride ourselves on delivering anytime, anywhere, and on building trust in our relationships, and we stand by our promise that the only thing more reliable than us will be your data center.  Morrison Hershfield has the same commitment and reputation. This merger is a perfect technical and cultural match for our employees and our clients.

Rest assured that our staffing and level of service on projects will not change. Our specialized experts remain responsive and dedicated to delivering valuable solutions, and the same teams will continue servicing our clients as before.

Additional benefits of the merger include:

  • Talent: Our teams are further diversified, and will benefit from sharing technical know-how and innovation. We are able to offer a wider range of design and commissioning services to our clients.
  • Geography: The geographic reach of both firms is expanded, increasing our North American (and global) footprint.  We have gained access to ideal locations in data center destinations, giving our valued clients the opportunity to expand into new markets with our extended support.
  • Critical Mass: This merger effectively doubles our Mission Critical Facilities team, creating the size and scale necessary to deliver a wider suite of services on concurrent large projects to our clients.

We value the relationships we have developed with our clients over the years and are committed to continuing to deliver the flexibility, innovation and responsiveness you have come to expect. Thank you for your continued support as we build the pre-eminent MCF Team in North America.
